Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Systems Installer based in Greensboro, NC. The Security Systems Installer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting security systems, ensuring they meet client specifications. Day-to-day tasks include running cables, mounting and wiring security devices, configuring systems, and conducting quality checks. The role will also collaborate with clients and team members to ensure all installations meet safety and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in installing and maintaining security systems, including cameras, alarms, and access controls
• Knowledge of structured cabling
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues related to security and cabling systems
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively for installation purposes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to ensuring high-quality installations
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities to meet deadlines
• Relevant certifications in security system installation or cabling are a plus
• Previous experience in low-voltage systems or security systems industry is preferred
