Position Overview
Performs detailed final inspections on precision medical device components to verify all products meet internal, customer, and regulatory requirements before shipment. Serves as a key quality checkpoint within a regulated, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform final inspections on finished medical device components
- Verify compliance with internal specifications and customer requirements
- Use measurement and inspection tools to confirm dimensional accuracy
- Identify surface defects and quality concerns
- Document inspection results accurately
- Support ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 compliance requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
- 1–2 years quality assurance or inspection experience in manufacturing
- Experience working in ISO 9001 and or ISO 13485 certified environment
- Basic blueprint reading and interpretation skills
- Experience using standard measurement and inspection tools
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience performing final inspections in manufacturing
- Familiarity with inspection equipment calibration or gage control processes
