Job Title: Managed Services Engineer

The Managed Services Engineer is responsible for delivering high-quality end-user support across multiple client environments. This role acts as a lead technical escalation point, with a strong focus on Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and virtualization technologies, while ensuring consistent service delivery and project execution. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a lead escalation resource for complex end-user and infrastructure support issues
  • Provide hands-on support for Microsoft Windows environments and Microsoft 365 services
  • Administer and support virtualization platforms (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware)
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet project timelines and service expectations
  • Work collaboratively with a technical team to maintain technical standards and best practices
  • Supervise our Support Center to ensure our clients are being served with a high quality and timely experience  

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 in an MSP or multi-tenant environment
  • Solid understanding of virtualization technologies and virtual infrastructure
  • Proven ability to deliver technical projects and communicate effectively with clients
  • Leadership experience
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills
