System Engineer II - Managed Services Operation

• Administer and optimize MSP operational platforms and integrations (RMM, PSA, documentation, BCDR, CSP).
• Serve as primary RMM owner, including scripting, automation, monitoring policies, and patching.
• Develop and deploy automation workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage Microsoft 365 licensing, provisioning, and identity sync.
• Troubleshoot advanced system issues, API failures, and automation errors.
• Maintain documentation, standards, and configuration histories.
• Coordinate with vendors and leadership on escalations and platform improvements.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
• Lead testing and rollout of new scripts, automation, and platform features.
• Provide L2 escalation support and mentor L1 engineers.
• Ensure full PSA documentation of tickets, changes, and resolutions.
• Perform scheduled firewall reviews and maintenance.
  
  

Required/Preferred:

• 2-5 years of IT or system administration experience.
• Experience with:
  • DattoRMM
  • JAMF
  • JumpCloud
  • Intune
• Certifications (recommended):
  • Datto Certified RMM Practitioner
  • Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Associate
  • JAMF Pro 200
