Title: L&D Associate / Learning & Development Support Specialist
Duration: 06 months contract
Location: Concord, NC
Shift: Standard Business Hours (Onsite)
Position Summary
• The Learning & Development (L&D) Support Contractor will support the Concord site L&D Team in creating, coordinating, and implementing learning solutions.
• Partner with L&D associates to manage training matrices, ServiceNow requests, and LMS-related activities.
• Support training material creation, revision, and site-wide learning initiatives.
• Ensure uninterrupted support of manufacturing learning operations and site milestones.
Responsibilities
Learning Operations & LMS Support
• Assist in management of 36 functional area training matrices; review with teams, update/revise, review in QDocs, approve in QDocs.
• Assist/support with course and curricula periodic reviews.
• Run LMS reports to support site quality management investigations and report requests.
• Assist/support L&D Team email address (site requests) to send to Conduent or manage locally.
ServiceNow & Training Administration
• Support ServiceNow requests including creation, management, and cancellation of instructor-led classes.
• Deactivation/retirement of courses.
• Due date extension projects and trending.
• Instructor-led class scheduling with Conduent.
• Turning on contractor learning plans.
• Assisting in assignment/unassignment of curricula for teams.
Training Development & Process Improvement
• Support and revise training materials (OJTs, instructor-led trainings, etc.).
• Run assignment profile streamlining project.
• Support streamlining projects including functional area mapping, assessment/exam mapping, and OJT curriculum architecture mapping.
Coordination & Reporting
• Coordinate instructor-led classes including visitor registration, rosters, room arrangements, and surveys.
• Manage and coordinate post-instructor-led training surveys.
• Organize data and process metrics.
• Work with teams to update and improve training based on survey results.

Experience:
• Experience supporting learning operations, LMS administration, or training coordination
• Experience working with training matrices, curricula, and learning plans
• Experience supporting global initiatives and implementations preferred
Skills:
• Experience with LMS systems and reporting
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Attention to detail in managing training data and documentation
• Experience supporting regulated manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments preferred
