SAP ATTP Functional Lead

Job Title: SAP ATTP Functional Lead (RISE/Upgrade)

Location: Tampa, FL – Remote Travel

Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:

Key Responsibilitie

• sLead functional design, implementation, and optimization for ATTP-related programs and initiatives
• .Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements
• .Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs
• .Act as the primary point of contact between business, IT, and operations teams
• .Ensure end-to-end alignment of solutions with business processes and strategic objectives
• .Provide guidance and oversight to functional teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables
• .Drive solution validation, UAT support, and sign-offs to ensure business readiness
• .Identify gaps, risks, and process inefficiencies, and recommend improvements and optimizations
• .Manage dependencies across workstreams and ensure smooth integration of functional components
• .Support governance activities, including status reporting, documentation, and compliance adherence
• .Mentor team members and promote best practices, standards, and continuous improvement

.Qualifications & Experienc

• eBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• .Proven experience in leading functional workstreams in large-scale transformation programs
• .Strong knowledge of business process design and system implementation
• .Experience working in cross-functional and stakeholder-driven environments
