Job Title: SAP ATTP Functional Lead (RISE/Upgrade)

Location: Tampa, FL/Hybrid

Duration: 12 Month with extension or possible Contract-To-Hire

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead functional design, implementation, and optimization for ATTP-related programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business, IT, and operations teams.
• Ensure end-to-end alignment of solutions with business processes and strategic objectives.
• Provide guidance and oversight to functional teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Drive solution validation, UAT support, and signoffs to ensure business readiness.
• Identify gaps, risks, and process inefficiencies, and recommend improvements and optimizations.
• Manage dependencies across workstreams and ensure smooth integration of functional components.
• Support governance activities, including status reporting, documentation, and compliance adherence.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices, standards, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experienc

• eBachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
