Role: Reports Developer (Spotfire/AWS Glue)
Work location: Cincinnati, OH – Onsite Role
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
- Design, develop, and maintain reports using Tibco Spotfire
- Optimize and manage existing reports.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Develop and maintain documentation for data processes and architecture.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data engineering and AWS technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with a focus on AWS Redshift.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Strong proficiency in Tibco Spotfire.
- Familiarity with AWS services such as AWS Quicksight, AWS redshift
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Knowledge on CICD process
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Tibco Spotfire
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL etc..
- Understanding of data governance and security practices.
