Job Description
Team Support and Enablement:
- Support teams in delivering business value by managing resources, tools, and processes.
- Foster a culture of trust, empowerment, and ownership among team members.
- Shield the team from external interruptions or unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Organize and lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Ensure Agile principles and practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) are understood and followed effectively.
- Track team progress and delivery against timelines and objectives.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and impediments early, and work on mitigation strategies.
- Maintain a focus on continuous delivery and improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog based on business value.
- Communicate progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders and leadership.
- Manage expectations and ensure transparency about delivery timelines and outcomes.
- Use Agile metrics (velocity, lead time, cycle time, etc.) to monitor team performance.
- Provide actionable insights based on data to drive improvements in the delivery process.
- Encourage teams to reflect and adapt through regular retrospectives and feedback loops.
- Promote a culture of learning and innovation within the organization.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate with other Agile teams to manage dependencies and shared objectives.
- Foster communication and alignment across different parts of the organization.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong leadership and servant leadership mindset.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, or other Agile project management tools.
- Analytical mindset for tracking metrics and driving improvements.
