Job Description:
Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Global HR, Learning, Helpdesk, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). The ideal candidate must have deep hands on experience implementing Oracle Redwood UX, configuring role-based experiences, and guiding business stakeholders through end to end Oracle HCM Cloud transformations. You will lead fit gap analysis, requirement mapping, configuration, testing, user training, and hyper care, ensuring scalable, compliant, and user friendly HCM processes aligned with Oracle best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Functional Leadership & Process Design
- Lead workshops for requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution validation.
- Drive fit–gap analysis and define future state HCM business processes.
Configure HCM modules including:
- Global HR
- ORC (Recruiting Cloud)
- Learning o HR Helpdesk
- Prepare functional designs, BRDs, BPAs, CRPs, and configuration workbooks.
- Ensure alignment with Oracle OUM or Agile delivery methodology.
Redwood UX Functional Implementation
Design and configure Redwood-based HCM experiences, including:
- Redwood pages and workflows o Role based landing pages
- Personalized journeys and employee/manager experiences
- Collaborate with technical teams for Redwood-compliant extensions, validations, and data models.
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and adherence to Redwood design principles.
Testing, Deployment & Hyper Care
- Prepare test scenarios, scripts, and support SIT/UAT cycles.
- Coordinate with QA and business teams on issue triage and resolution.
- Support production deployment, cutover activities, and post go live hyper care.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Minimum 2–3 end to end HCM Cloud implementations in a functional lead role.
Strong hands on skills in:
- Global HR (Core HR, worker lifecycle, approvals, HCM extracts)
- ORC / Recruiting Cloud
- Learning Cloud
- HR Helpdesk
- Journeys, Checklists, Fast Formulas (reading & functional understanding)
- Proven experience implementing Oracle Redwood UX (functional perspective):
- Redwood page configuration
- Redwood user journeys
- Role based UX experiences
- Ability to define requirements, create solution designs, and drive business decisions.
