Job Title: Data Analyst III
Duration: 6 Months Contract with potential for extension
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Job Summary
This role supports oil & gas measurement operations by documenting processes, developing analytics dashboards (Spotfire/Power BI), and improving data quality and reporting accuracy. It also assists in resolving measurement exceptions and ensuring reliable production and revenue data.
Key Responsibilities
- Document and improve measurement processes and procedures
- Develop dashboards and KPIs using Spotfire / Power BI
- Support Flow Measurement Analysts in resolving data exceptions
- Ensure accuracy of oil & gas measurement data and facility balancing
- Identify and correct data issues in meter and volume reporting
- Coordinate with field teams to resolve discrepancies
- Support monthly closing and reporting cycles
- Maintain compliance with measurement standards and policies
Requirements
- Experience in data analytics (Spotfire / Power BI)
- Background in measurement, production, revenue accounting, or field operations (1 year required)
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Understanding of oil & gas measurement fundamentals (preferred)
- Attention to detail, strong communication, and problem-solving skills
Salary : $40 - $50
