General Summary

:Overseas the cost accounting system is used for service line profitability analysis. Manages the productivity system and reporting for rating agencies and external organizations, including S&P, Fitch, DAC, and EMMA. Leads the use of the Decision Support system for strategic and financial planning initiatives. Publishes monthly service line and physician practice profit-and-loss statements and practice scorecards. Reviews feasibility studies prepared in STRATA and supports the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the STRATA rolling forecast module

Responsibilitie

• s:Develops financial feasibility, cost, and reimbursement templates in STRATA to calculate return on investment (ROI), payback period, net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), and other metrics used to evaluate competing capital project
• s.Schedules regular meetings with leadership to review service line profitability, supports performance improvement plans for unfavorable budget variances, and validates cost structure updates for accurac
• y.Completes surveys and annual renewal applications, compiles data for FEMA and Single Audits, generates reports for GME reporting, and provides documentation to support operational and administrative decisions related to finance, labor utilization, and budget developmen
• t.Trains managers and directors to interpret and use productivity software, manages ad hoc reporting requests, and generate reports for the annual financial audit, cost report filing, and community benefit reporting in STRAT
