Epic Applications Analyst (OpTime/Anesthesia) – Direct Hire
Location: White Plains, NY
Employment Type: Direct Hire (Full-Time)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (75 hours per pay period / 37.5 hours per week)
Compensation: $46.66–$69.99 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, maintain, and support Epic OpTime and Anesthesia applications
- Configure and support third-party integrations (e.g., SPM, TrackCore, and other vendor solutions)
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely end-user support through resolution
- Gather business and clinical requirements to develop effective system solutions
- Collaborate with clinicians, operational leaders, vendors, and IT teams on system enhancements
- Execute application changes following change management processes, including testing and documentation
- Support system upgrades, implementations, and go-live activities
- Facilitate IT rounding meetings, ticket prioritization, and project updates
- Create and maintain workflow documentation, training materials, and user guides
- Develop reports using Epic reporting tools
- Participate in security, downtime, backup, and disaster recovery planning

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of Epic application analyst experience
- Epic OpTime Certification (required)
- Experience supporting Epic OpTime workflow
- Application testing and validation experience
- Experience with third-party system integrations
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
