Job Description: Req # 15686 - Project Manager - Non-IT 5

- On-site role at WHQ; typical work hours, 4/1 hybrid model
- Contract is to cover maternity leave; extension not likely, but not out of the question
- Degree heavily preferred
- PMP certification heavily preferred
- Agile certifications (CSPO, CSM) nice to have, not a requirement
- 8-10 years’ experience required in a project management position

Top must-have skills include the following:
- Solid understanding of program/project management
- Ability to drive an initiative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create communication artifacts (using Keynote, Microsoft Suite, etc.)
- Ability to communicate effectively via decks, presentations, etc.
- Great at building and maintaining relationships

Desired soft skills:
- Ability to lead with curiosity and ask questions if needed; shows an eagerness to learn
- Ability to ruthlessly prioritize their work and the communications coming into them
- Strong skills in assessing risk, priority, and impact
- Works well under pressure

Skills that would make a candidate stand out:
- Airtable experience
- Experience in a merchandising, planning, etc. role
- Prior Nike business experience (Code)
- Portfolio management experience

- ETW will help team with a large deliverable on a tight timeline; team just signed a contract with a new vendor, and they have a go-live date in August that they are working towards
- ETW will work within the Merchandising Integration organization (capability team); will work with :20 others on direct team; lots of cross functional work

Other items to note:
- High visibility project
- There might be an opportunity for some light portfolio management (managing holistic merch portfolio)
- HM anticipates 2-3 rounds of interviews
