Job Description: Req # 15568 - Project Manager - Non-IT 4

- On-site role at WHQ; 4/1 hybrid work schedule (some Fridays in office depending on business needs)
- Short term project support; contract expected to last : 50 weeks
- Degree preferred, not a hard requirement; PMP certification nice to have, not required
- 7 years’ experience (ideally more) in a project management position

Top must-have skills include the following:
- Can “fly at multiple altitudes”; can see big picture while still noticing small details, etc.
- Systems thinker
- Has lead cross functional projects in the past
- Can negotiate with multiple personalities and can coordinate communications between teams successfully

Desired soft skills:
- Executive management skills
- Great communication skills (verbal and written)
- Detail-oriented
- Self starter
- Comfortable working in ambiguity

- Prior Nike experience would be a huge advantage in this role; specifically, an understanding of Nike go-to process (Code)
- Airtable experience would also be helpful
- Jordan brand is entering a new category (Golf); this ETW will help set up an infrastructure for the team to operate in, refining operations and documenting processes
- ETW will sit on the Golf team (:12 total); will also be working with the Jordan business integration team, as well as a cohort of about 8 others. Lots of cross functional work.
- HM expects 2-3 rounds of interviews
