Join our team in Fashion Island Mall as a part-time Seasonal Retail Sales Associate (working up to 19 hours per week) during the holiday season! As the welcoming face of our retail boutique, you will greet customers, offer complimentary coffee tastings, help with boutique operations and provide an inviting experience for our customers. You will help customers discover their perfect coffee match and create unforgettable moments with Nespresso!

- Create a welcoming and memorable experience for customers.
- Elevate hospitality in the boutique providing exceptional customer experiences

- Guide customers on their coffee journey by providing coffee tastings that deepen their appreciation for coffee.
- Manage digital systems and point-of-sale software
- Maintain a beautiful boutique environment with a safety-first mindset.
- Collaborate with teammates for a cohesive work environment
- Selling and going out of your way to create a memorable experience for our customers
- Learning more about coffee and sharing that knowledge with customers.
- Working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.
- Availability for open and closing shifts, weekends, and holiday peak hours throughout January 2026
