We are looking for a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join our team from October through the end of the year, with core shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, plus potential for additional hours as needed. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing, fast-paced retail environment and enjoys helping people find the right products. You will represent the Murf brand, guide customers through the purchasing process, and ensure a smooth, enjoyable shopping experience both in-store and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Sales & Store Operations
- Welcome and engage customers, assisting them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Open and close the sales area, restock inventory, and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Accept and process customer orders using Shopify Point-of-Sale.
- Drive sales by offering product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and demos.
- Stay current on new products, promotions, and seasonal offers.
Customer Support
- Deliver excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
- Answer product questions, address concerns, and provide solutions-focused support.
- Assist with returns and exchanges, ensuring a smooth and positive process.
Conduct e-bike demos and test rides, helping customers feel confident in their purchase decisions.
