What You’ll Do
As a Financial Analyst, FP&A, you’ll play a critical role in driving financial insight and decision support across the organization. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to evaluate performance, pricing, and growth opportunities while ensuring data accuracy and financial integrity.
- Analyze operational and financial performance to identify trends, efficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business cases
- Support RFP responses through pricing analysis, cost structures, and profitability scenarios
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Executive teams to align financial strategy with business goals
- Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- Assist with scenario planning, cash flow analysis, and margin analysis
- Prepare monthly and quarterly internal and external reporting packages, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards
- Support Finance leadership in preparing client annual budgets
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems and reports
- Create custom data warehouse queries to deliver advanced analytics and actionable insights
- Support ad hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Intelligence, or related field (or equivalent experience) or 5 years of experience in an analytics, finance, or similar role (service or multi-site industry preferred)
- Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivots, lookups, queries)
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL and data warehouse reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality

- Salary starting at $55,000/year with bonus potential
