House Cleaner
$20–$27/hr | No Nights or Weekends
Nest Maid Fresh is a locally owned residential cleaning company serving the Wilmington, NC area. We’re growing and looking for dependable, detail-oriented people to join our team as House Cleaners / Maids / Cleaning Technicians.

What We Offer
- $15/hr during paid training
- $20–$27/hr after training (based on productivity & client satisfaction)
- Full-time, steady hours
- Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- No nights. No weekends.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Clean residential homes (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning and sanitizing kitchens & bathrooms)
- Make beds, tidy living spaces, and leave homes spotless
- Use and care for cleaning equipment (vacuums, microfiber cloths, supplies)
- Travel between client homes in and around Wilmington
- Work efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable with physical activity (standing, bending, lifting, moving throughout the day)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
- Smartphone with data plan
- Able to work around pets
- Live within 20 minutes of Wilmington
- Legally authorized to work in the US
No professional cleaning experience required — we provide full training.
