Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation.
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met or exceeded.
• Use various cleaning equipment and detergents effectively to clean floors, carpets, surfaces, and outdoor areas as needed.
• Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items for clients.
• Handle manual tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of all cleaning tools and supplies, ensuring proper storage and inventory management.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial roles; hotel or housekeeping management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures.
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and outdoor work environments.
• Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely during various cleaning activities.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their expectations.
• Prior experience in housekeeping management or hospitality settings is advantageous but not required.
