What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager / Shipping Coordinator position at NEST Jewelry?
At NEST Jewelry we are dedicated to brining our Collectors luxury accessories with an organic feel. We are a Dallas-based company that manufactures in the U.S. so that we can deliver the highest-quality pieces. You can find our jewelry at Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, Stanley Korshak and other boutiques across the nation.
We are looking for a self-starter to take charge of all administrative duties as well as quality control, packaging, shipping, EDI and inventory management.
The ideal person for this position meets these requirements:
- Four year college degree/experience preferably in fashion merchandising or retail
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented—organization is extremely important for success in this position
- Works well in a team setting
- Comfortable with technology—you will be creating line sheets on PowerPoint and Adobe systems, as well as keeping extensive Excel spreadsheets
- Able to handle multiple projects at one time
