We are looking for a hardworking, dependable, and reliable Landscaper for our Skagit County area properties. We are looking for someone who is hands on, and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done!
Responsibilities:
-Maintain lawns, gardens, and outdoor areas
-Mow, edge, trim and leaf blow properties
-Weed, mulch and maintain flower beds
-Perform seasonal landscaping and clean up
-Operate basic landscaping equipment and hand tools
-Maintain a clean and safe work area
-Transporting supplies and materials to job sites
-Follow property-specific instructions and maintain high-quality work
-Perform other general landscaping duties as needed
Requirements:
-Valid WA State Driver's License
-Authorized to work in the US
-Must be able to provide a driving abstract, with insurable record
Qualifications:
-Punctual & Dependable - must be able to show up on time, per the regular schedule
-Reliable - must be able to fully complete tasks as assigned, with or without direct supervision
-Basic knowledge of common hand and power tools
Physical aspects of the job:
-Heavy lifting and carrying (50 lbs)
-Bending/kneeling/stooping
-Climbing and balancing
- Outside work environment - including all weather conditions, as needed
