Now Hiring: Grounds & Maintenance Team Members
We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Residential Grounds & Maintenance team. Multiple positions are available based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Position Summary
The Grounds & Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, safety, and functionality of residential buildings and surrounding property. This role includes building and grounds maintenance, apartment/unit turnovers, cleaning, and light repair work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Grounds & Building Maintenance
- Maintain the appearance of lawns, landscaping, walkways, parking areas, and common spaces.
- Perform seasonal cleanup, debris removal, and basic landscaping tasks.
- Ensure outdoor areas remain safe, clean, and attractive for residents and visitors.
- Assist with snow removal and ice control as needed.
- Assist or perform light repairs including minor plumbing, electric.
- Prepare vacant apartments/homes for new occupancy.
- Complete cleaning, painting, and minor repairs during unit turnover.
- Remove debris and dispose of materials properly.
- Ensure units meet company quality standards prior to move-in.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain positive relationships with residents and coworkers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in property maintenance, custodial services, construction, landscaping, or related fields preferred but entry level positions are available. Positions are based on skill level.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
