Ness County Hospital - Cedar Village is hiring a Director of Nursing for our Long Term Care.

Cedar Village is looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and motivated Director of Nursing to lead our amazing team!
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Supervision of all LTC staff
Scheduling of all LTC staff
Approve timecards and time off for LTC staff
Be a team player and work along side LTC staff when needed
Key contact for residents, family members and staff
Manage costs and revenues, budgeting, and maintining policies & procedures, etc
