Type: Part-time (15–20 hrs/week) * Pay: $20–$25/hour * Location: In person (home/school/community)
About Us
At NESS, we’re a friendly, mission-driven ABA team helping children with autism and their families thrive. We have cases ready to staff now and we offer FREE RBT 40-Hour Training BCBA supervision so you’re supported from day one.
We celebrate first mands, smooth transitions, and the rare session where the glue sticks actually have caps.
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 therapy in homes, schools, and the community
- Coach caregivers and support family carryover
- Implement treatment plans and collect clean, accurate data (we love beautiful graphs)
- Complete notes, QA items, and progress updates on time
- Use iPad/computer for programs, scheduling, and time submission
- Maintain confidentiality (HIPAA/state/federal)
Our unofficial rules - pair first, prompt smart, and never underestimate the power of stickers (Must-Haves)
- At least 1 year working with children/young adults with autism (required)
- Team mindset, clear communication, solid organization
- Comfortable with basic tech (email, EMR/billing platforms)
- Reliable transportation to travel between sites
- Flexible availability (after-school M–F; some weekends as needed)
Nice-to-Haves
- Bilingual (Creole or Spanish especially welcome)
- RBT credential (or complete our free 40-hour training)
