Job Summary
Join a mission-driven team delivering compassionate, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism across home, school, and community settings. You’ll teach meaningful skills and reduce challenging behaviors using clear plans and great data, while feeling genuinely supported.
What you'll do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD and related needs.
- Implement treatment programs designed by a BCBA; follow BIPs with fidelity.
- Track progress like a pro: collect clean data and write timely session notes.
- Flag anything important fast (incidents, concerns, wins!) to your BCBA.
- Partner with families—share strategies, model skills, and cheer them on.
- Collaborate with teachers/therapists; join team meetings as scheduled.
- Protect privacy (HIPAA) and follow agency policies and QA standards.
- Keep learning: attend trainings; bring questions and curiosity.
- Maintain a safe, supportive, tidy work environment.
- Pitch in on reasonable related duties (we’re a team).
What you bring
Required skills & abilities
- Reliable attendance and professional appearance.
- Strong time management, sound judgment, and calm problem-solving.
- Friendly, clear communicator (written & verbal).
- Basic tech comfort (email, data systems; Microsoft Office at an intermediate level).
- Willingness to travel between client homes/schools as scheduled.
Education & experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Psychology, Education, ABA, Speech/Hearing, or related field preferred (experience can substitute).
- Current RBT credential preferred, not required (we’ll support training).
- 1 year of direct experience with children/young adults with autism or developmental disabilities.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs; assist with adaptive equipment as needed.
- Frequent movement and varied postures (kneel, squat, crawl, sit/stand) for extended periods.
- Comfortable sitting on the floor for play-based teaching.
- When indicated in a BIP, able to use quick body movements and approved safety procedures to keep everyone safe.

Schedule & Pay
- Part-time (typically 15–20 hours/week)
