We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Broadcast Associate to join us for the Spring Semester of 2026! This is a part time internship at about 20-24 hours per week, paying $15/hour.This is a great opportunity for a rising junior or senior year college student looking to gain experience in a fast-paced work environment learning from our experienced team. This is a paid position that will provide a variety of production support to NESN’s remote and studio pregame/postgame teams at Fenway Park and our Watertown studios, w/MBTA reimbursement up to $100/month for using MBTA as primary mode of transportation.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist production team in the truck at Fenway Park for select home games Learn to operate score bug graphic for select gamesLearn editing of highlights and b-roll for pregame and postgameEdit historical moments for remote and studio productionsLive log and archive gamesWork with talent by learning prompter, stage manager and researchLearn the editorial aspect of the ticker20-30 paid hours per week (nights, weekends and some holidays)Qualifications:Knowledge about the game of baseball Interest in television production and communicationsExcellent organizational skills; must be detail orientedAbility to work in fast paced, time sensitive environmentWho We AreNESN (New England Sports Network) is owned by Fenway Sports Group, which also owns the Boston Red Sox and Pittsburgh Penguins among other holdings, and Delaware North, owners of the Boston Bruins.
