Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce detailed survey plats, exhibits, and site drawings for onshore Oil & Gas facilities and infrastructure
- Draft topographic surveys, boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and construction staking exhibits
- Perform site plotting for well pads, pipelines, access roads, tank batteries, and associated facilities
- Process and incorporate field survey data into CAD drawings
- Maintain and manage CAD files, drawing standards, and project documentation
- Coordinate with survey crews, project managers, and engineers to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
- Review drawings for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company and client standards
- Assist in mentoring junior drafters as needed
- 5 years of experience in Survey CAD drafting
- Strong experience supporting onshore Oil & Gas projects (Permian Basin experience strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Solid understanding of survey principles, coordinate systems, and site plotting
- Experience working from field notes, survey data, and point files
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience with ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
- Familiarity with Oil & Gas facility layouts, easements, and right-of-way exhibits
- Prior experience working directly with survey crews and engineers

Salary : $75,000 - $105,000
