Site Services Coordinator

Position Overview

The Site Services Coordinator will support the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the facility. This role will work independently to coordinate supplies, vendors, contracts, and other site services while maintaining accurate records and ensuring routine site needs are addressed.

Key Responsibilities

• Order and maintain office and facility supplies.
• Track inventory and maintain an Excel spreadsheet of supplies and orders.
• Coordinate and follow up with outside vendors and service providers.
• Manage and follow up on service contracts, including:
• Exterminating
• Security
• Plumbing
• Other facility-related services
• Assist with ordering and creating employee ID badges.
• Maintain organized records related to supplies, vendors, contracts, and site services.
• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure services and supplies are handled in a timely manner.
• Handle day-to-day site service requests and administrative tasks as needed.
• Work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Prior administrative, purchasing, facilities, or site services experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vendors, requests, and priorities independently.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision.
