We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting efforts across a growing industrial organization. This role will support hiring initiatives for production, skilled trades, engineering, professional, and leadership positions while partnering closely with operational leaders to meet workforce goals.
The ideal candidate has experience recruiting within manufacturing environments and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring setting.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Experience
Primarily office-based with occasional time spent within a manufacturing facility. PPE may be required when visiting operational areas.
Travel
Occasional local travel may be required for recruiting events, workforce partnerships, and hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates across multiple business functions
- Build talent pipelines for high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions
- Coordinate interviews and maintain an exceptional candidate experience
- Support offer preparation, negotiations, and onboarding activities
- Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and recruiting events
- Develop relationships with trade schools, technical programs, and workforce organizations
- Create proactive sourcing strategies to support future hiring needs
- Identify new channels to improve recruiting effectiveness
- Collaborate with hiring managers and operational leaders on staffing priorities
- Provide guidance on interviewing and candidate selection practices
- Participate in workforce planning and hiring strategy discussions
- Support recruiting initiatives across multiple departments and locations
- Maintain ATS records and recruiting documentation
- Coordinate pre-employment screenings and onboarding requirements
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate flow, and source effectiveness
Experience
- 3 years of recruiting experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience recruiting for production, skilled trades, engineering, professional, and leadership positions
- High-volume recruiting experience preferred
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment abilities
- Experience utilizing ATS and recruiting platforms
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
