Pay rate $20-$21 D.O.E
Hours: 8am-5pm or 730am-430pm Monday-Friday

, you'll play a vital part in assembling, packaging, and shipping quality parts to meet customer expectations — on time, every time.
What You'll Do:
- Assemble, pack, and ship production parts according to customer orders.
- Prioritize daily tasks using job cards and direction from the Plant Manager.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, labels, and packaging for accuracy.
- Inspect parts during packing to ensure quality and catch defects early.
- Maintain accurate "Just in Time" inventory counts and organized storage areas.
- Operate forklifts and mechanical equipment safely (Tow Motor certification required).
- Enter shipment data in computer systems for billing and label generation.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with all safety and quality standards.
- Assist with weekly cycle counts and support warehouse or production needs as required.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Solid communication and basic math abilities.
- Computer literacy and experience with shipping or weighing systems.
- Forklift certification (Tow Motor) required.
- Prior shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
