Overview

A Tulsa-based manufacturing company is hiring for a Receiving Specialist to support daily warehouse operations. These are two distinct paths within the same team—one focused on inbound materials and inventory.

The right fit depends on your experience:

• Receiving roles are ideal for detail-oriented, system-driven candidates
• Shipping roles require hands-on experience coordinating LTL, FTL, or hotshot freight

• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Pay: $22/hour
• Type: Contract-to-Hire (:90 days). This is meant to be a permanent position based on performance/attendance!
  
  

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Receiving Skills:

• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders
• Enter receipts into ERP system with high accuracy
• Inspect shipments for damage, discrepancies, and quantities
• Maintain receiving logs, documentation, and labeling
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and data entry
  
  

Additional Responsibilities:

• Communicate with warehouse, production, and purchasing teams
• Maintain organized, clean, and audit-ready work areas
• Assist with inventory control and material movement tracking
• Use Excel or similar tools for tracking and reporting
  
  

✅ Required Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, inventory, or warehouse support
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• ERP system experience (any platform)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excel or spreadsheet experience (basic functions), or more extensive work done in ERP system that is transferrable for Excel. Basically, you need to be computer/system savvy.
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs as needed
• Reliable, organized, and consistent work ethic
  
  

➕ Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing or industrial environment
• Familiarity with purchase orders, packing slips, or freight documents
• Experience with cycle counts or inventory control
• Forklift certification (a plus)
