We’re looking for a Tool Crib Specialist who can keep our machining areas supplied, our tools sharp, and our shop running without delays. You’ll be right in the middle of the action, working with machinists and supervisors to make sure production doesn’t miss a beat.

What You’ll Do
- Set up tools and paperwork for NC and Manual machining jobs
- Inspect, sharpen, and maintain tools coming back from the floor
- Keep the Tool Crib clean, organized, and easy to find what you need
- Issue the right tools to the right people—fast and accurate
- Keep inventory stocked and ready (new and reconditioned tools)
- Track tools, inventory, and orders using AS400/MAPICS
- Help bring in new tools, vendors, and pricing
- Work closely with machinists and supervisors to stay ahead of production needs
- Someone who works safe—every job, every time
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
- Organized and detail-focused (you know where everything is)
- Hands-on, mechanically inclined, and not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Self-motivated—you don’t wait to be told what needs done
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Keep tooling stocked and ready within 12 hours of receiving it
- Reorder and replenish using standard procedures and systems
- Maintain accurate inventory—no guessing, no surprises
- Work off job lists and coordinate directly with the supervisors
- Maintain equipment and keep everything running safely
Salary : $26 - $30
