The Quality Manager is responsible for leading and integrating the organization’s Quality Assurance. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, drives continuous improvement, and fosters a culture of safety, sustainability, and operational excellence across all functions. This position will work cross-functionally with the engineering and production departments to ensure all products are aligned with company standards and customer expectations.
Salary: $110,000-$120,000/yr (flexible)

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the quality team, ensuring appropriate training and development is taking place
- Oversee the Quality Management System, making improvements where necessary
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards (ISO and customer expectations)
- Oversee internal and external audits
- Establish and oversee the reporting of the organization’s quality indicators
- Identify areas for quality control improvement & implement new methods accordingly
- Ensure quality or compliance concerns are handled with urgency
- Ensure calibration of quality control equipment is within appropriate standards
- Analyze quality metrics and data, implementing corrective/preventative actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations
- Develop and maintain safety programs, policies and procedures
- Oversee risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective actions
- Manage emergency preparedness and response plans
- Promote environmental sustainability initiatives and waste reduction programs
- Establish KPI’s and dashboard to track performance and drive accountability
- Report on Quality and EH&S performance to leadership
- Partner with operations, engineering and leadership on organization goals and objectives
- Work with customers and suppliers to maintain good working relationships
- Strong knowledge of Quality systems
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- 10 years’ progressive experience in Quality
- 5 years’ experience in a leadership role
- Experience in manufacturing/ industrial environments
- Experience with ISO9001 compliance
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
