Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to identify requirements, scope, and deadlines
- Manage proposal development from initial review through final submission
- Draft and edit technical narratives and proposal responses
- Ensure submissions meet government regulations, customer requirements, and internal standards
- Review contracts, identify potential risks, and evaluate contract modifications
- Develop and communicate contract positions to government and commercial customers
- Coordinate with senior leadership and internal stakeholders throughout the proposal process
- Track proposal activity, submission status, win/loss metrics, and lessons learned

- Minimum 2 years of experience in contracting, procurement, proposal development, or a related field
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Strong technical and professional writing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with government contracting or document management systems is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
