Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Overtime: Mandatory Friday overtime may be required based on production needs

What You'll Do
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assemble, fabricate, inspect, and package products to meet quality standards.
- Perform basic daily equipment checks and report any issues.
- Maintain production pace to meet daily goals in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Complete basic production records and documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and company core values.
- Assist in other departments as needed to support production demands.
- Four-day workweek most weeks
