Key Responsibilities
I-9 Compliance Support
- Collaborate with the I-9 audit team (no audit responsibilities).
- Educate managers on proper I-9 completion processes.
- Monitor I-9 reports and send timely completion reminders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday–E-Verify integration errors.
- Maintain current knowledge of acceptable work authorization documents.
- Manage HR-related invoices (e.g., background checks, labor law posters).
- Create and route purchase orders (POs) for approvals.
- Communicate invoice submission procedures to vendors.
- Accurately allocate invoice charges across business units.
- Administer and track random drug screening activities.
- Prior experience in HR support or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong understanding of I-9 compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with Workday and E-Verify systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency with digital file management.
- Ability to create clear, user-friendly guides and SOPs for:
- Completing I-9 forms.
- Assigned HR administrative tasks.
