Role Overview
The Assistant Project Manager will support the project management team through the full lifecycle of structural steel projects — from drawing review and approval processing through production and field coordination. This person will be hands-on with day-to-day project documentation and communication, keeping projects organized and moving forward.

Role Overview
The Assistant Project Manager will support the project management team through the full lifecycle of structural steel projects — from drawing review and approval processing through production and field coordination. Responsibilities
- Process RFIs, change orders, and transmittals
- Track and manage approved drawing submittals
- Review construction drawings for accuracy and completeness
- Participate in production meetings and support internal coordination
- Assist with scope reviews alongside Project Managers
- Maintain organized project documentation and communication logs
- Familiarity with Division 5 (Metals) and the AISC Code of Standard Practice
- Ability to read and interpret structural steel drawings and specifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Background in construction management, engineering technology, or related field preferred
- Experience in a fabrication or construction environment a plus
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a small company setting

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
