Key Responsibilities
- Record financial transactions through journal entries, including amortization, allocations, and accruals
- Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with company policy
- Compile and maintain financial reports to ensure accurate tracking and allocation of expenses
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Perform fluctuation and variance analysis to identify trends and anomalies
- Maintain accurate supporting documentation for internal and external audits
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations
- Contribute to process improvements and initiatives to streamline accounting activities
- Support ad-hoc accounting and finance projects as assigned
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
