Production Line Specialist 2nd

The Production Line Specialist is responsible for food manufacturing and processing in an assembly line.

Job Duties

• This position operates the station on a food production line and produces food products within specifications as required on the daily schedule
• Responsible for producing food products within the specified quality requirements
• Follows and promotes Food Safety and practicing and enforcing all GMPs and appropriate food defense techniques
• Monitors products as they are produced to ensure high quality and that product meets all specifications
• Performs duties in a safe manner and comply with all regulations and company policies
• Cleans and sanitizes the production area in the facility
• Informs supervisor and/or manager of any equipment malfunctions or other production issues as they arise
• Must be flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays upon occasion
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year or less of applicable job experience
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
• Knowledge of manufacturing procedures and operations preferred

Shifts:
2nd - 3:30- midnight - working until 2am during mandatory OT
Currently working Mandatory OT with a start time of 5am
