Role Overview
Lead and support a large‑scale strategic transformation within the company’s Mobility & Convenience (M&C) retail business. This role focuses on developing strategy, driving execution across multiple workstreams, and partnering with senior stakeholders to improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the strategic roadmap for the company’s retail transformation
- Partner with cross‑functional leaders to prioritize initiatives and align execution
- Drive delivery of transformation initiatives using structured project management
- Track progress, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics across workstreams
- Prepare executive‑ready materials and present updates to senior stakeholders
Required Experience
- 10 years of experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, or project leadership
- Experience supporting or leading enterprise‑level transformation programs
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong financial analysis, KPI development, and business‑case evaluation skills
- Excellent executive‑level communication and presentation capabilities
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline (MBA or Master’s degree preferred)
- Exposure to energy, downstream retail, or convenience operations
- Understanding of retail transformation, mobility trends, or network optimization
- Experience with Tools: PowerPoint (expert storytelling); Excel (financial modeling & analysis); Project tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana); Power BI or similar
