IT Systems Analyst III

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst with strong technical expertise in Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS). This role focuses on supporting and enhancing Oracle Projects and Finance modules, including customizations, integrations, and upgrade activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users and IT teams to ensure seamless operations and successful system upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical development and support for Oracle EBS modules, primarily Finance and Oracle Projects.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and create detailed technical specifications.
• Remediate and validate customizations and extensions during EBS upgrades
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across Oracle modules.
• Ensure compliance with Change Management processes and SOX controls.
• Work with Oracle Support to identify and implement feasible solutions.
• Track deliverables and provide status reporting to management.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field OR 10 years of relevant technical experience.
• 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS modules, including:
• Oracle Projects (Project Accounting, Billing, Cost Management).
• Integrations with Inventory, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Fixed Assets (FA), and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Strong technical skills in:
• SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Oracle Workflow Builder.
• Oracle Database 19C or higher.
• Backend table structures for Oracle EBS.
• Experience with Oracle Apex (preferred) and OA Framework personalizations/extensions (preferred).
• Ability to work in a multi-developer team environment.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex integrations.
• Experience with EBS upgrade projects and remediation strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Top Priorities:

• Validate and remediate customizations in Finance and Projects modules.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams for EBS upgrade to 12.2.15.
• Ensure smooth integration flows between Oracle modules.
