Nerd Business Center is hiring a Front Desk / Mailbox Service Associate for our office in Tomball, TX.
We are looking for a responsible, friendly, and organized person to support front desk operations with a strong focus on mailbox services, package handling, and customer service. This role also includes administrative support, assistance to the accountant, basic social media posting, and document scanning.
No degree is required. The most important qualifications are reliability, willingness to learn, and comfort using a computer and digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person and by phone
- Receive packages and mail
- Organize, store, and deliver mail and packages to customers
- Scan documents and correspondence
- Work with platforms such as Anytime Mailbox and iPostal1
- Assist the accountant with administrative tasks
- Help with basic social media posting and customer attention
- Keep the front desk organized and professional
Requirements:
- Friendly attitude and strong customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and punctual
- Comfortable using a computer, email, and digital platforms
- Able to learn new systems quickly
- Front desk, office, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
- Must be able to work on-site in Tomball, Tx
Pay:
$14 to $16 per hour, depending on experience
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
