The facility utilizes completely automated manufacturing, packaging, and distribution systems, in addition to high volume and redundant utility systems, to ensure production system availability.
Position Summary:
- Machine Operation: Operate and monitor machinery used in the production of nitrile gloves, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of gloves throughout the production process to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Material Handling: Manage the raw materials used in production, including nitrile compounds and other additives.
Primary Accountabilities:
- Understand and demonstrate all positions within the production line needed in the production of nitrile gloves.
- Performs cycle counts of stock
- Assists department as needed with order fulfillment.
- Performs monthly and quarterly audits of all finished goods
- Assists shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as needed
- Operate pallet jack and/or forklift
- Maintains cleanliness of warehouse

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- High school diploma or GED required
- The ability and willingness to change direction and focus to meet shifting organizational and business demands.
- The ability to create and contribute environment that values people, encourages trust, teamwork, and open communication, and provides participation, learning, feedback and recognition.
- The ability to effectively manage one self, demonstrates integrity, be productive under pressure, and achieve development goals.
- Position requires bending, typing, climbing, lifting (up to 25lbs), reaching, vision (20/20), standing, sitting, walking, and hearing.
- Hours of Work: 6 pm - 6:30 am
