The facility utilizes manufacturing, packaging, and distribution systems, in addition to high volume and redundant utility systems, to ensure production system availability.
Position Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring optimal stock levels within the warehouse. This role involves tracking incoming and outgoing shipments, performing regular inventory audits, and collaborating with other departments to manage inventory discrepancies and support efficient warehouse operations.
Primary Accountabilities:

- Monitor and maintain accurate records of all warehouse inventory.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with the warehouse management system.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
- Ensure outgoing shipments are properly documented and picked according to orders.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or issues.
- Generate inventory reports and provide data to management as needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with cycle counts, audits, and stock rotation to minimize loss and obsolescence.
- Communicate with procurement, shipping, and operations teams to coordinate inventory activities.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in supply chain/logistics is a plus.
- 2 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with inventory software and warehouse management systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong computer skills, including Excel abilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Forklift certification (preferred)
