European Asset Transformation Project Manager

The Role

Creative Technology Europe is implementing a multi-year transformation programme to create a centralised European asset management capability, improve asset utilisation, establish common operating standards and introduce a single source of truth for asset data and reporting.

The European Asset Transformation Project Manager will lead implementation across multiple countries and business units, coordinating workstreams covering asset management, data governance, EasyJob standardisation, reporting, training, process adoption, RFID tracking and organisational change.

You will act as the central point of coordination between operational teams, technical leadership, finance, BI, IT, warehouse teams and local management.

The role will provide the governance, structure and stakeholder leadership needed to manage dependencies, embed new ways of working and deliver the programme benefits.

Primary Objectives

• Own and deliver the integrated plan for the European asset transformation programme.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple countries, business units and functional workstreams.
• Establish effective programme governance, decision-making and escalation routes.
• Lead adoption of common asset-management processes, standards and operating procedures.
• Ensure programme dependencies, risks, issues, actions and milestones are actively managed.
• Establish clear KPI reporting and validate progress against business-case targets.
• Prepare the business for future implementation of a single EasyJob instance.
• Deliver sustainable organisational change through communication, training and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated delivery plan for all European asset transformation initiatives.
• Establish and manage programme governance forums, steering committees and working groups.
• Maintain programme schedules, RAID logs, critical paths, decisions and milestone reporting.
• Identify and actively manage dependencies between initiatives, countries and functional workstreams.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple countries and business units, ensuring owners understand and complete agreed actions.
• Lead adoption of new operating procedures, governance standards and ways of working.
• Develop and deliver programme communication, stakeholder engagement and change plans.
• Support country leadership teams through behavioural and process change, monitoring adoption and intervening where progress is at risk.
• Manage the European Asset Governance Board and coordinate the Asset Standardisation Team.
• Ensure decisions are documented, communicated and translated into clear actions.
• Escalate blockers, risks and decisions through the appropriate governance routes.
• Coordinate development of the asset-management operating model and asset-allocation processes.
• Coordinate cross-border asset-transfer processes, EasyJob operating procedures, compliance and audit processes, and RFID implementation activities.
• Ensure standardised operational processes are clearly defined, documented and adopted.
• Establish programme KPI dashboards and reporting packs.
• Monitor asset utilisation, external subhire reduction, data quality, process compliance, adoption levels and project-benefit tracking.
• Validate programme progress and benefits against approved business-case targets.
• Coordinate business-readiness activities for the future single EasyJob instance.
• Manage business-requirements gathering and support architecture, training and rollout planning.

Skills and Experience

• At least five years of experience delivering complex transformation programmes.
• Experience leading multi-country change initiatives across multiple teams or business units.
• Strong programme governance, planning and stakeholder-management experience.
• Experience implementing ERP, operational systems or process-transformation programmes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data-driven decision-making capability.
• Able to manage integrated plans, dependencies, risks, issues, actions and critical paths.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, including engagement with executive and operational stakeholders.
• Experience in events, broadcast, rental or another inventory-intensive industry is desirable.
• Knowledge of EasyJob, ERP or asset-management systems is desirable.
• Lean, process-improvement, PMO or programme-management qualifications would be advantageous.
