  • Partner with the Marketing and Communications department to develop a compelling brand and recruitment materials.

Outreach to Underrepresented and Disadvantaged Students:

  • Champion initiatives and integrate inclusive practices to connect with underrepresented-in-medicine and second-career applicants with diverse backgrounds into every facet of the admissions process.
  • Develop and sustain targeted outreach and pipeline programs to support applicants from underrepresented-in-medicine and second-career students with diverse backgrounds in medicine.

Compliance & Accreditation:

  • Ensure all admissions practices and policies are in strict compliance with university policies.
  • Prepare all necessary data and reports for internal leadership and external accreditation bodies.
