Senior Financial Analyst

The Role

As a Financial Analyst at Vice TV, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial health, planning, and operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will touch everything from long-range planning and content amortization to cash flow management. This is a highly collaborative role that interfaces with senior leadership across the organization, requiring a mix of strong technical modeling skills and strategic communication.

Core Responsibilities

• Support the CFO in driving the quarterly reforecast, annual operating plan, and Long-Range Plan (LRP).
• Build and maintain dynamic amortization models for both linear and digital content.
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline reporting, improving both speed and accuracy of financial reporting.
• Engage in the monthly close process and financial reporting for both P&L and cash flow.
• Partner with senior leadership to track expenses, driving efficiency and accountability across groups.
• Drive cash flow efficiency by managing AP and AR collections.
• Conduct ad hoc tasks and financial analysis.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2 years of progressive experience in corporate finance or accounting (media/entertainment industry experience is a plus!)
• Excellent technical and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data tools.
• Well-developed strategic thinking and effective communication skills; you can translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Ability to adapt and work well in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
