Role Description
This is a full-time, onsite role for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business opportunities, and driving sales to meet revenue targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating tailored sales strategies, identifying clients' needs, preparing customized proposals, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Account Executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to identify growth opportunities and actively contribute to strategic sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and relationship management skills in the skincare, beauty, or related industries
- Experience in strategic account planning and business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and understand client needs
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting platforms
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and meet sales targets
- Prior experience in a scientific or healthcare-related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
