Enterprise Agile Transformation Coach
We are seeking experienced and dynamic Enterprise Agile Transformation Coach to support large-scale Agile product transformations. This role focuses on hands-on coaching, mentoring, and guiding product teams, leaders, and stakeholders toward Agile maturity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate must have a strong consulting background, preferably with big consultancy firms or with a boutique transformation consultancy, or through contract roles where they have functioned as a transformation consultant.
The ideal candidate should have experience in product model transformation, including transitioning from project to product structures, implementing a product operating model, applying Lean Portfolio Management principles, and aligning work around value streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and support enterprise-level Agile product transformation initiatives.
- Guide teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS).
- Partner with product teams to adopt Agile and product-focused practices that improve delivery and business value.
- Design and facilitate Agile training, workshops, and hands-on coaching sessions.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives, metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Act as a trusted advisor to teams and leadership, reinforcing Agile principles and mindset.
- Standardize Agile ceremonies, workflows, and best practices across teams.
- Leverage tools such as Jira, Confluence, and related Agile reporting platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of software development experience.
- 8 years of Agile coaching experience in large, complex environments.
- Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS.
- Deep understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile engineering practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Certifications (Preferred)
- ICP-ACC / ICP-ATF
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or equivalent
Preferred Skills
- Experience transitioning organizations from traditional to Agile ways of working.
- Knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management and product-centric practices.
- Strong systems thinking and change management experience.
- Passion for mentoring teams and fostering continuous learning (TDD, pairing, CI/CD)
Salary : $68 - $70
